1. What areas do you serve?

We serve the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. If you're unsure whether we can come to your location, feel free to reach out, and we’ll see if we can make it work!

2. How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking as soon as possible, especially during high season, to ensure availability. However, feel free to reach out even for last-minute events. If we have the availability, we’ll make it happen!

3. Can we customize our pizza menu for the event?

Absolutely! We offer custom pizza options to suit your event’s theme, dietary needs or flavour preferences. You can choose from our menu or create something entirely new!

4. Do you need power or water for the truck?

We do not need water or power to operate our truck. We come fully equipped with a generator and water for hand washing.

5. What’s included in the catering service?

Our catering includes fresh, made-to-order pizzas. We’ll also bring all necessary equipment and supplies, including plates, napkins and serving utensils. We also offer optional add-ons, like salads or appetizers!

6. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and nut-free diets. Please inform us in advance of any dietary needs so we can ensure we have the right ingredients and tools available.

7. How do I pay for the catering service?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including cheque, cash, bank transfers and credit cards. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due three days before the event.

8. How much space does the pizza truck need at the event?

We typically need a space that's 7 feet by 12 feet to park the truck comfortably, with easy access to set up. If you have any restrictions or concerns about the space, just let us know, and we’ll work with you.
